Quick response on Thumbtack, and his arrival time was even better: Saturday night. He was knowledgeable, thorough and sensitive to our tenant's needs. A perfect combination for every landlord who only has issues come up when you're not available! He needed to return to finish the job and helped us alleviate the next call by checking everything out and all for an exceptionally reasonable price. I won't ever have to use Thumbtack again to find a plumber since I'm keeping his # stored in my phone, permanently, now.

Ray & his team were Great! They were able to address my concerns & fix the problems on the same day that I called. They were very fast in doing so and fair in their pricing. It should be noted that they were actually reaping another company's sloppy work. I would recommend Ray.
