- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We listen to client about their project. Based on their needs and scheduling, we would provide a quote, schedule a service. One the service is rendered, we always follow up and get client feedback to ensure they were happy. We want our client's home cleaned as well as I would expect my home to be cleaned.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management with focus on Housekeeping Management. My prior experience includes managing reputable hotels like Peninsula Chicago, Waldorf Astoria & Hyatt Hotel.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with residential and commercial customers.
