The principal, Ezra, is truly a skilled, honest, professional. Our job was a bit more complicated than just a normal lock change and ended up being more involved even than we thought. Nevertheless, Ezra did not try to squeeze us for more money, although he would likely have been justified in doing so. We work with all type of customers from residential to commercial properties, cars and trucks. Lock fixes and replaced,new car keys.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Customer purchased a new house. scheduled with me to come and re-key all his locks so he can have new keys that no one else has. we met at the house within 45 minutes. I rekeyed 8 locks in about an hour and half. The Customer Got his new keys and was happy.
