Have used Intelligent Plumbing a couple times now and have always had a great experience. Most recently I wanted to have my discharge pump and check valve looked at as both are old, and needed a furnace tune up. Bob McCarthy cane out and walked me through every step of what he was doing and provided me with options on the level of repair or replacement that I wanted to do. Have always been so impressed with the customer service and knowledge of the folks at Inteligent Plumbing that I signed up for their multi-year service plan covering my HVAC and plumbing, as I trust them with all my major system maintenance and repair.

Neal is the best! He has helped my family out twice when we had plumbing issues. My father is a carpenter and he inspected the work Intelligent has done for me and dad mentioned the attention to detail in the work.Neal has gone above and beyond for me and I really appreciate it; hopefully this review helps Neal secure more business.Really though.....down to earth sales approach, fair pricing and awesome customer service!Call Intelligent, ask for Neal and cross it off your list!(FYI....I also posted this same review on Yelp intentionally.)
