Alex is a brilliant diagnostician. He assessed the problem with our dishwasher and immediately set to the repair, communicating through the process and making sure to discuss the estimate in advance of the work. He made sure we understood the problem, identified the necessary parts, and communicated when he would be able to return to finish the job. To top it off, Alex was super friendly and made it easy for us non-mechanical folks to understand. I am super impressed with Alex and his company Apex and happy to recommend him without reservation.
