My washer died and at 11:35, I requested to be contacted. Alex called within 2 minutes and we booked an appointment for between 12:30 and 1:30. He arrive within that window, diagnosed the issue, had the part in hand, replace the part, updated firmware, tested, and ran a test cycle. He was out within 90 mins total.
