I was impressed with and so appreciative of how quickly True Price got back with me. Our forced air unit didn’t seem to be blowing chilled air one evening, and we noticed that the fan on the condenser unit wasn’t spinning. While lying in bed that night at 10:15pm, I contacted a couple of companies via Thumbtack. True Price got back to me that night, and they had someone to my house before 10am the next day. Daniel was the tech who came to the house, and he was kind and very professional. He also took the time to explain things along the way—including options, expected remaining life of my unit, etc. I ended-up having True Price come back the next day as well (and requested Daniel by name!) to do tune-ups on my two other units (mini-splits) as well.

True Price did a great job fixing our system. We needed a control board and safety switch replaced and a new thermostat installed. They were transparent when something came up and never changed the price on me. Also incredibly flexible, as he came out after 9pm one night due to my schedule and then Chicago traffic. I look forward to working with them in the future.

Had some HVAC wire challenges that caused me to be unable to install my Ecobee smart thermostat myself even after an hour phone call with Ecobee support. I hired Daniel to help me and he was able to come and install it without issues in as little as 30-40 mins. Very pleased with his service, would hire again!
