I hired KT HVAC PROS LLC, to replace my old furnace and AC. Terrance came and looked at my old furnace took the right measurements and provided a reasonable estimate. I then decided to replace both the units and his team replaced the units within 3 days and were wonderful to work with. They were punctual on time and completed all the work within a given timeframe, cleaned up any mess, and answered all my questions/concerns. So far, both units are working great, and am very happy with their service.

Mike arrived on time to install diect vent gas heater. He was very diligent to review the unit instructions and took his time to install everything correctly. He went beyond the basics to get additional parts and make sure it looks good as well as works great. He always answers the calls when I had follow up questions. Highly recommend!
