We really appreciated the honesty regarding our options. Our AC unit was leaking coolant and they were transparent about how it needed to be thoroughly diagnosed with UV to locate the leak (which could be costly), or we could attempt to run a sealant and refill the coolant, which may or may not last long term but would be a quick and somewhat more affordable fix, which we opted for. I appreciate when pros give a thorough explanation rather than just providing the option that could make them the most money. Very responsive and professional! Will be using again!

The team they sent out, was courtesy, made u feel comfortable with their personality, and went out their way to advised other things. By the way, Installing the air conditioner and furnace was done in a timely manner.In the future, I will advise other people for they outstanding service.

Our AC went out in 90 degree weather. They were able to come out same day and get it all replaced and fixed within 2 days. Many other companies had wait times of over a week so we were very happy to get it done so quickly

Had a different company diagnose my broken AC the day before, they told me my condenser was shot and it would be $4000 to get a new one (the unit is 3 years old). Then, I had KT HVAC come out for a second opinion. Within 10 min the gentleman told me that the battery to the condenser was dead and it was an easy fix. The issue was solved within 30 min with a $250 bill instead of $4,000. Glad I got a second opinion.
