- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, all jobs are based on a quoting process. We would like to know as close as Possible what we will be Servicing for our Clients. We do not have any "HIDDEN" fees or Charges. You will know up front the total cost before we start working. We Do not pressure Sell Up Charge Items after we have discussed a price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication, We like to make our Clients feel comfortable with us. We are not wanting a one time see yah later relationship. We believe in a long term relationship that they can depend on us any time their is a need. And they Can expect the same quality Service every time. Many of my Customers are "Repeat Customers" and have me in their contacts on their Phone, We may not clean a complete house then next time but will do one room if needed.
