I'm going to downgrade the review a bit since upon realizing the pergola was not properly leveled. This made it impossible to install an privacy screen. I had to align one of the post which caused quite a bit of extra work (I checked another post too which as also semi non-leveled). I hired them to extend to: 1. Extend the patio by rough 20 feet by 3 feet 2. Build and anchor a 10 by 13 feet pergola The good: 1. They did a good job trying to match the existing new concrete out the existing patio. You can see in the picture below. 2. They were very quick with installing the pergola 3. They clean up after themselves 4. They were prompt and I did not need to remind them to come back out 5. Quite easy to work with. They are very open to feedback. Improvement: 1. I would suggest better communication with customer. If you cannot make it on a date, just let the customer know early so they can adjust their schedule accordingly.
