- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer straightforward, upfront pricing. For carpet cleaning, most standard rooms fall into a set rate, with the total depending on how many rooms or areas you’d like cleaned. For house cleaning, prices are based on the size of the home (number of bedrooms/bathrooms) and the type of service — regular, deep cleaning, or move-in/move-out. If anything needs extra attention — like heavy stains, pet odor treatment, or extra-deep scrubbing — we’ll always discuss it with you first. The final quote is always confirmed up front after discussing details or reviewing photos, so there are never any surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new customers, we keep it simple. Most details are discussed upfront in messages and photos, so you’ll always know the price before we arrive. On the day of service, we confirm the plan and get started right away. For carpet cleaning, that means moving light furniture if needed and using safe, pet- and kid-friendly solutions. For house cleaning, we bring all supplies and cover kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and common areas — with the option of deep cleaning or move-in/move-out service. Before we leave, we do a walk-through to make sure you’re happy with the results and everything feels fresh and clean.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We bring years of hands-on experience in the cleaning industry — both here in the U.S. and back in our home country, where we also ran a cleaning business. That background taught us how to handle all types of homes and cleaning challenges, from carpets and upholstery to full deep cleanings. Now, we combine that experience with professional equipment and safe, eco-friendly products to give our neighbors in Illinois the same reliable service we’ve always been proud to provide.
