Our refrigerator was not cooling and I contacted on Friday afternoon, Sergiy of OSP, and he responded right back and said he could be here within the hour. He arrived when he said he would, inspected the fridge and found a fan not working. He said he would order the fan and be back on Monday with the part. He called Monday and stated he had the fan and would be to our place within the hour. He arrived on time and quickly got the new fan installed. We would 100% recommend OSP to do any repair on a major appliance.

The technician responded quickly, was fairly priced, and was quick to get my issue resolved as quickly as possible. I had a couple issues come up on my end: 1. I had incorrect parts delivered to me. 2. Discovered other maintenance issues that caused delays. 3. I forgot to specify how I needed the work to be done In the end the technician was very understanding and accommodating and resolved my issue quickly. We highly recommend OSP Appliance Experts.

I had a whirlpool dryer that did not work. I texted OSP and immediately He responded and came the same day. I was so relieved. He was timely and identified the issue right away and helped explained it to me with pictures and also gave me time to decide how I wanted to proceed. We had to wait on a part but he texted me immediately when the part came in and within two days my dryer was fixed. He was kind, professional and affordable. I definitely would recommend him for any appliance issue. I am truly grateful for his attentiveness and promptness.
