FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in honest and transparent pricing. Our standard diagnostic fee is $60, and if you move forward with the repair, that fee is applied toward the total repair cost. We do not provide exact repair estimates before diagnosing the appliance, because the final cost depends on the issue, required parts, and repair complexity. We use high-quality OEM parts whenever possible and provide a warranty on replaced parts and labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by gathering basic information about the appliance issue, including the brand, model, and symptoms. Then we schedule a diagnostic appointment at a convenient time. During the visit, we perform a full inspection, explain the problem clearly, and provide repair recommendations along with pricing. If parts are needed, we order them and return to complete the repair as quickly as possible. We also test the appliance after the repair to ensure everything works properly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We received professional training at the Home Alliance Academy, where we completed appliance repair education and earned certification in appliance diagnostics and repair. We also hold an EPA certification for handling refrigerants safely and properly. All of our technicians are trained professionals and EPA certified as well. We continuously improve our skills through hands-on field experience, technical resources, and advanced troubleshooting of modern appliances from brands such as LG, Samsung, Whirlpool, GE, Bosch, KitchenAid, Frigidaire, and many others.
