My water heater died so I posted n Thumbtack. I got a call back within a few minutes on a Sunday evening after hours. We arranged for an appointment the next day and the guys came out, and gave me a price range. Long story short, they got the old one out and installed a new one at a reasonable price. Until now all the workers that have come to help me with the respective work, I have not had a pleasant experience. I was surely hesitant while I had Frank Ciangi come over and get my sink clogging fixed. I actually prayed that atleast this guy should not add on work to make more money from me. Even for signing the contract before he started the work, I was unsure how it will turn out to be. However, this guy completely changed my opinion. He was respectful. Ensured that he checked all the lines to understand the actual flow of the drain. Gave me a good understanding on how things will work and what the worst case scenario would look like. To our surprise the clogging got cleared and he explained us what happened. Also, helped us understand the necessary measures that need to be taken. I would really like to Thank him to be professional and providing the best experience for us. These will be my go to guys for any such work in the future.🙏🏼
