Ali and his team were very prompt to attend to my plumbing reinstall after another plumber was suggesting it was an overly complicated job. Ali explained everything as he worked (my preference) and shed light on simplicity of the reinstalling of the garbage disposal, new faucet and dishwasher connection due to a new sink and countertop installation. I would use him again.

I needed our kitchen faucet replaced. At Noon, I sent an email to Reis Rooter to get an estimate. At 12:15pm, I received a phone call from Ali, the owner. Ali just finished a plumbing job and could be at my home within 45 minutes. Wow, talk about fast. Ali came in, did the job perfectly and was out in 20 minutes. I spoke with Ali about an overflow/soft clog in my parents’ basement. He was able to come around and take care of the problem that same evening (Saturday evening). He is very polite, explained everything clearly and really went above-and-beyond. He also put us in touch with a colleague who helped in mitigation and renovation.
