Life-Changing Grooming Experience for Our Anxious PupOur 5-year-old Golden Retriever, Blue, has struggled with grooming for the past two years due to extreme anxiety. We've had to change groomers multiple times because he would get so stressed, they often couldnt complete the serviceor even start it. Nail trims were especially difficult, and we were always left feeling discouraged and worried for him.Then we found Barkbus and booked a session with Kristenand everything changed. Kristen was absolutely incredible. She was patient, calm, and had a natural ability to put Blue at ease. For the first time, he received a full grooming service without panic or distress. And the best part? He came back looking great and happy.Blue was actually whimpering at the door when she leftwhich is a first. Usually hes exhausted and shut down after grooming. Kristen made it a positive experience, and we couldn't be more grateful.If you have an anxious or sensitive dog, I highly recommend Barkbus and especially Kristen. She gave us peace of mind, and gave Blue the comfort hes always needed during grooming.

I was very pleased with Aubreys skills and compassion with my 18 Mo old baby I rescued a year ago . Lola was very nervous and as Lola barked with the hair dryer she took it slow and helped her feel comfortable . I would not hesitate on recommending Aubrey who brings excellent grooming skills but more important lots of TLC with my furry baby ! Good job Aubrey

First time using Barkbus grooming and had fur stylist Emily S. who did a fabulous job on our 2 year old Scottish Deerhound who was being professionally groomed for the first time as the in home baths were not doing her justice. Emily was patient and sent pics of Harpers progress to me throughout her spaw treatment. Will most definitely being using Barkbus and Emily again.
