- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our shows are 40-45 minutes long; and, all of the performances include lots of audience participation. The pricing includes travel within 30 miles of Bolingbrook, Illinois. Parking fees will need to be reimbursed by the Client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We issue you a contract and take a down payment with the signing of the contract. We take most major credit cards, as well as checks and cash. We will keep in contact with up until the event date, where you will receive a reminder email going over all the details one final time. We want the planning process to be enjoyable for you, too.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are life long students of the art of magic. We attend work shops, lectures, and conventions throughout the year to better. We need to continually improve to service you the best.
