- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Event photography is usually charged at $50.00-$100.00 per hour, depending on complexity of the project, travel expenses and whether a second photographer will be included to best cover the event. A portrait sitting is typically $100.00 in the studio and $150.00-$175.00 on location. Commercial jobs will be priced based on subject matter, time and travel considerations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to take the worry out of photography. I will put you at ease with the ability to see ongoing results as we are shooting. You can check and approve the photos, displayed on my laptop, until you are satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
On the job training at various professional photo studios, study at Columbia College and over 40 years experience.
