- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on several factors including the level of ease or difficulty in picking up or placing a hot tub. Key things to mention are stairs, hills, and any other obstacles that may present a delay in an otherwise smooth hot tub move. Sharing pictures of the property is a good idea and the best way to gauge any issues we may encounter.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our new customer process consists of asking a few questions about the pick-up and drop-off location as well as verifying the dimensions of the hot tub we are moving. Once we have that information, we can offer a quote and check availability. We are flexible and accommodating to our customer's needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 7 years of experience in moving and working on hot tubs. We have moved thousands of hot tubs over the years and know the exact methods to ensure a damage free and seamless hot tub move.
