- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work with individuals and businesses to turn their everyday environments into functional, beautiful and inspiring spaces. I offer highly personalized and dedicated service. I place great emphasis on building strong client relationships and tailoring my approach to meet each individual client’s needs and delivering on time and budget. Here are some examples of interior pricing. My prices include 15 minutes of prep time, 2 coats walls, clean up, and removing outlet plates and replacing them. Your pricing may vary depending on the condition of the walls and ceiling and accessbility to the walls and ceilings. ceilings and trim are additional. labor Rate examples walls only. 11 x 12 x 8 368 square feet =$250.24 12 x 15 x 8 432 square feet= $293.76 15 × 20 × 8 560 square feet= $380.80 20 ×15×18 1260 square feet = $1,008 Ceilings and Trim are not included. Pricing depends on the condition and whether or not the ceilings, walls, and trim have ever been painted. I only use Benjamin Moore and Zinsser products. Please do not try to furnish your own materials. My finished projects come out the way they do because of the products that I use. The amount you would save by getting it yourself is minimal. And my labor rate can increase because of inferior products.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will typically return an initial call within 2 hours. I will usually be able to meet with new clients in 24 hours depending on their schedule. I will meet with the client and review the work to be done and the time frame for the job and provide a an estimate within 24 hours of meeting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I come from a family of painters who have been painting the Chicagoland area since the 1960's. I have been painting over 35 years. I painted for 12 years with my father until he passed away and have run my own painting business for 23 years.
