Tim was very responsive and called me right away to ask about our situation and to schedule an appointment. Sam came out the next day, and was very polite and knowledgeable. He looked at the door handle we picked out for our new door and recommended a different option that would better fit our situation. He even went back to Menards with us to return what we first got and to help us pick out our door handles.
While Sam was at our home, he looked at some other doors that had jammed handles and fixed them as well. Sam installation of our smart locks and door handles was very clean and professional - their price is very budget friendly.
We would happily recommend this company to our friends and ok family and we would use their services again!

Tim was great he responded less then 2 minutes was able to come do the last minute job less than 2 hours price wasn’t expensive and also gave me ideas for different locks and a quote for them I will definitely recommend him and also hire him again he was very professional and respectful it didn’t take him a long time you can tell he has passion for his work

Very happy with Expert Locksmith! I really wanted to keep my door hardware and Tim assured me that it was an easy fix to change the key instead. Tim also made me a matching key lock for my storm door and replaced my back door knob that was flush with the frame because the previous one wasn't.
