- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do offer monthly specials. I accept cash or check or Zelle as payment. I do any where from 60 mins up to 2 hours depending on the issues involved. 60 Mins is $ 90 90 Mins is $ 120
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First an appt must be made as my business is out of my home. For 1st time clients, I require a $35 Zelle deposit to hold the appt which is subtracted off the total amount due at appt time. I have an intake form the client needs to fill out when they arrive. We talk about it and I come up with a plan of treatment which I will then go over with the client. Then the massage begins. I check in with them to make sure my pressure is where they want it to be. After the massage we talk about it see how the client feels, set up another appt if applicable and payment is made. Currently I accept cash or check or Zelle for payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes I keep up my CEU's for my license and I am Nationally Certified. I’ve been a Massage Therapist for 14 yrs and put everything I learn into my massages. I love what I do!
