Introduction: I’ve been a Life Coach and Personal Trainer for hundreds of clients for 18 years from athletes, weight loss and general fitness. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It’s very flexible and I’m more concerned with getting you the results you desire vs the cost
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start with a consult and assessment to find out exercise and nutritional history. The movement screen is to look for any muscle imbalances or injuries. Then I design the program based off my findings. I give them homework to do on their off days of training with me and nutritional advice.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree in sociology from the university of Iowa and I have the NASM certification
