- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is flexible based on a client situation? It is critical we open, honest, and have realistic goals. The initial meeting is always my investment. I recommend meeting in a quiet, distraction free location (libraries work well) to facilitate a foundation for mutual success.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with a new client requires effort to insure there is a meshing of personalities and excellent communications. I invest in my clients with an initial interview session at no cost to the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For over thirty five years I hired, trained, and managed professional staff. Today's job market demands different skills - including collaboration skills that are frequently under valued by applicants. The key to great interviews is preparation, knowledge, and practice.
