  My pricing is always fair and not marked up unless the customer makes changes that require a price increase.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  On the first appointment find out what the customer wants and needs and deliver them exactly that.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  I have over 30 years of experience and construction.
