Gary was extremely knowledgeable and gave me a detailed breakdown of all my options. He did not try to sell me new windows as the only option, and was truly the best man for the job. We had 2nd floor custom windows that needed both glass panes replaced. He did an excellent job and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

They did a great job of coming out when they said they would. They always return my phone calls which was a very big annoying factor with other workmen I have used in the past. After they agreed on price , there was very little extras that need to be added on as he seemed very accurate with the price point. He also ended up finding a hole in the floor and basically spent a day fixing this for basically the cost of the material with no additional charge. Overall I was very happy and would trust them in the future

We had to replace 8 leaking and rotting windows in our home. A neighbor friend suggested that we call Audrey at SBA Home Improvements. They sent out a contractor the next day and gave us a quote that was very reasonable and within our budget. What stood out was their professionalism and thorough knowledge of the job. They took the time and explained everything and answered all our questions. We liked the fact that they even gave us a discount on the cost of the windows, so we later signed another contract for a patio door replacement. Great company! I would definitely hire them again and highly recommend any one needing home improvements to call SBA!

Our prices are competitive, but lower than most in this field of general carpentry. You will not beat our prices, and we guarantee all of our work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new clients we take the time to thoroughly explain each phase of the project. We review the contract details and even fine print to leave no room for misunderstanding and confusion. Our aim is to educate the client as best as possible with the details of the project and how we will complete it as timely as possible. This process is essential in establishing good customer relations and a working partnership.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our carpenters have years of hands on training and personal working experience in wood work. Many have trained and worked for over 30 years in this industry.
