This company worked great for me. Excellent professional service and they know what they are doing. They work pretty fast. I called them and the very next day they were able to come out (on time) and gave me a free estimate. I was pleased with how fast they worked to get the job completed. Installed a new front security door the very next day and replaced 5 bedroom windows on the second floor. I would recommend and use SBA again because they do really good work and the actual cost was better than I thought it would be.

Gary was extremely knowledgeable and gave me a detailed breakdown of all my options. He did not try to sell me new windows as the only option, and was truly the best man for the job. We had 2nd floor custom windows that needed both glass panes replaced. He did an excellent job and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

They did a great job of coming out when they said they would. They always return my phone calls which was a very big annoying factor with other workmen I have used in the past. After they agreed on price , there was very little extras that need to be added on as he seemed very accurate with the price point. He also ended up finding a hole in the floor and basically spent a day fixing this for basically the cost of the material with no additional charge. Overall I was very happy and would trust them in the future

Our aim is to educate the client as best as possible with the details of the project and how we will complete it as timely as possible. This process is essential in establishing good customer relations and a working partnership.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our carpenters have years of hands on training and personal working experience in wood work. Many have trained and worked for over 30 years in this industry.
