Joey, in addition to his experience, is a great electrician. He easily knew what the root cause of the problems and fixed it immediately. Electrical problems cannot be done by trial and error. For all electrical problems that need to be fixed professionally, and for new projects, I highly recommend Joey to do it right.

I received a message almost instantly to set up a time to come out to my house the next day. Joe messaged me the let day to let me know he would be here closer to the end of my window and asked if that was ok. When he arrived, he listened to everything I had to say then immediately went to solving the problem. He was able to fix everything inside, then told my to call ComEd to fix the problem from the city’s electrical pole outside. He even wanted me to keep him updated as to when ComEd fixed their part of the problem. Great company and Joe was a great help to me in fixing my issues!

All up front pricing and no surprises when we start working even if we run into something we didn’t notice when giving the estimate out
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process for new customers is to see when best time and day is good for them to come out. Then give price and start work same day if they agree on price
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to trade school in Florida then in Chicago went to school to get my electrical license
