Ron was extremely professional and responsive. He came over to check out the work and gave great advice on projects we could take care of. He installed a new light fixture and the work he did was smooth and efficient. If I had a suggestion he would listen and take my ideas into consideration and that is something I greatly appreciated.

Was scheduled to have 4 electrical outlets installed and 4 TV’s mounted. Was messaged saying that he forgot he had something going on, on the scheduled date of my work that needed to be done. Rescheduled for 2 days later and was messaged the morning of saying that he had a family emergency to attend to. I understand things come up, but twice? If you’re going to run a business and keep customers, then keep your promises (agreed to dates/times/work). Bad experience and customer service all around. Needless to say, this business lost money and my business. My work that needed to be done was completed by a trustworthy business that kept their side of the bargain.
