We only use top quality products and never cut corners. We are a certified contractor with GAF and IKO. With us being certified we are able to offer significant enhanced warranty benefits for our customers. We are very detailed with our estimates, so you know exactly what is going to be installed and how that product works.
We are a family run business and we like to treat our customers as family. We also provide photos to the customer before, during, and after the job is complete. We can also work with your insurance.
If you are going through insurance or the roof has already been approved by the insurance it is very important to let us know when we are doing your estimate. Insurance estimates are completely different than normal bidding process. If wanting to use insurance, PLEASE LET US KNOW UPFRONT, PRICES ARE COMPLETELY DIFFERENT.

When I first reached out to Mike I called during my lunch break and missed his call back. He was diligent and reached out again after hours to follow up and answer some questions I had left via voicemail. He explained what he believed what the issue was and even called my husband to fill him in on the plans. Within 2 days the crew was at the house ready to begin work. Once the crew arrived and began work we had a few unexpected surprises (found multiple holes in the roof due to wildlife)- and they stayed all day until all the areas were covered to ensure no more animals would nestle in. Mike gave great advice along the way and my husband and I would definitely recommend them!

I texted Mike of O&M Construction for an estimate on a new roof, complete tear down and gutters on a Thursday evening (late), he responded immediately he would be out to my home the next afternoon. He showed up even earlier than expected which was great. I have had several estimates on my roof and pretty much knew where I stood money wise what was involved. He by far gave me the best estimate, and even gave me a generous discount. Since I needed new gutters, this was even better of a price than anticipated. After I signed on with him, the process was very smooth. The weather was a little iffy due to possible rain and high winds. Mike even gaged the best date to get my roof done, which was a great help since I had to things to get in order to get my roof done. Mike's crew showed up promptly as promised and started the tear down process and roof installation all in the same day. Mike arrived same day during all this and started to survey all the possible issues from my previous roof once the old was torn off. As he mentioned in the estimate, it's likely the amount wouldn't change. Even though there was some rotted plywood, he didn't charge me for it. I was very impressed with Mike, his crew, Lucas and the other guys. As a first time homeowner, this was the biggest project I've had done and he and his team put me at ease. Lucas also spent extra time cleaning up nails, etc. Since I have a dog, I was very concerned of any debris lingering in the yard. I can't recommend Mike and O&M Construction enough for a new roof or any other issue you made need resolved. I am very pleased with the outcome. Thanks, Mike & Team!

Mike was very professional, made sure he explained everything so that I understood. Answered all of my questions and didn't charge for the work he'd done since it took him only a few moments to find and fix the problem. I'd definitely recommend and use O&M again.

I was very pleased with this company, and Mike & assistant were very professional and knowledgeable about my issue. They were honest in explaining to me what was found during their inspection after a hail storm in my area, showed photos that had minimum damage. I will use this company again in the future.

O&M is a top-notch family-owned business and my home is now secure and weather tight! Mike is an expert in the products used and the service provided and supervised each step of the project. He was daily either on-site, or checking in with his team and me. Excellent does not say enough. I had contacted and been approached by several roofing companies - Mike gave me the very best price, worked with my needs, and me and had the materials here and a permit on my door in days. The house needed more than just a roof and O&M made it all attainable without up charging for every decision - nothing was left undone. My home is on a wind-swept corner lot and I actually sleep better now with this work complete. Overall, the workers were prompt, and actually kind - they communicated with me and were really invested in the work quality and my happiness with the finished product! Cleanup was continuous throughout. O&M's pride of ownership, and excellent workmanship have restored pride of ownership to me in my home.

We only use Quality products such as GAF Timberline HDZ architectural shingles or Owens Corning true definition, Atlas shingles are fantastic as well
we offer different shingles for different price points.

At O&M everyone stays up to date with training and the latest product,
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been in the construction field my entire life. My dad and grandpa had me start going with them to work as young as age 10. I would learn different trades from plastering to roofing. I love what I do and always try to go the extra mile to help my customers.
