Stellar truly lives up to their name! Talk about making it make sense! I called them last minute on the weekend too, to turn over a cleaning job on one of my Airbnbs (which the previous company i used totally screwed me on by bailing 3.5 hours before new guests were scheduled to check-in!) needless to say, these guys are getting ALL of my business moving forward thank you so much stellar, you guys really helped me out when I was in a pinch

Lucy and her team were phenomenal! Lucy was very professional, punctual and kind. I met her in my home, gave our little tour, and headed out to run errands. When I returned my house had never looked or felt sooooo clean. Very thorough and detail oriented. My husband and I were beyond impressed and couldnt recommend this company enough. Thank you Lucy!

They did a great job deep cleaning both my units. They did an especially good job getting off grime from the stove and oven. Pricing was fair and they worked with me on it. Will call them again for our next cleaning. Give them a try. You wont be disappointed! (Wish I took a before picture of the stove)

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our minimum fee for a standard cleaning job starts at $150 with 1-2 cleaners. Our minimum fee for a deep cleaning starts at $375 for a small studio/1 bedroom. Our minimum fee for post-construction jobs start at $675 for residential cleaning. Our pricing varies on the work that is needed to be done, if it's residential or commercial cleaning, and the condition of the property.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide a FREE quote for cleaning services. We prefer to do walk-throughs for jobs to make sure we are quoting properly. If we're unable to do a walk-through before the service is scheduled, we will provide a quote and then confirm the pricing day of service before the cleaners begin the work.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with homeowners, renters, realtors, contractors, business owners, gyms, offices, etc.
