We were in a complete bind with a major water damage restoration of a garden unit. Our tenants were displaced, our contractor suddenly couldn't help, insurance covered NOTHING, and the clock was ticking. In a desperate panic, I called at least 20 contractors in Chicago via Thumbtack and other websites. Gustavo was the first to actually pick up! HOW LUCKY AM I THAT HE DID!?! Not only did he SWOOP in and quote us exactly what the other contractor quoted, without prior knowledge, and could start immediately. He said he could handle up to 50 houses a year, had guys for everything, and HE WAS BEING HONEST! I am a full-time Realtor, landlord, real estate investor, etc. When I say I am also PICKY, I am PICKY. Gustavo has truly exceeded all my expectations. I will say, he is best on the phone/text versus email, but he is a true hero in my eyes. The job was done. The tenants were back in. HE COMMUNICATED. He cared. He updated me. He was ON IT. He pushed, he accepted everything I threw at him, and everything is working out well a few weeks later. I'm giving him everything I have from here on out. THANK YOU, GUSTAVO. You, your son, your team, and your professionalism really really saved our investment. Hire this guy! The best!
