He was to order parts for windowrepair and they were to be in last Monday and I have not heard from him at all. Vlad has contacted me since my first review and will be out Monday 6/15 to repair the 2 windows. I reported earlier that I did not hear from him but he did leave 2 messages on my phone that I ignored as I had not entered his phone number in my contacts. Now I have his number in my phone. Please disregard my first sentence as it was my error and not Vlad's.
