If you're looking for an expert to install your flooring, there's nowhere else to look but here. Valentino's a true artist as well as a professional. I've been in the trades for well over 40 years and very seldomly ever hire anybody to work for me. I'm a very meticulous and type A individual, so I expect nothing but the best. I'm remodeling a 29-year-old house that needs a lot of TLC and I'm working with a very limited time frame which is why I hired Valentino. he installed $1,633 square feet of vinyl flooring that has a very intricate pattern and my biggest fear was to make sure that it was laid out perfectly and it was. he arrived when he said he was going to arrive. told me it was going to take 3 days to do the floor and got it done in two. Valentino's assistant is a remarkable employee and does not stop working until the day is over. They're both very detail orientated and extremely clean. When Valentina was finished he and I both walk through the entire house looking for issues and there are none. I'm actually amazed at the quality and the time frame that this was done. I'm not a relative, I'm not a vendor, I'm not a friend writing reviews. I'm just an extremely satisfied customer. Don't waste your time looking any further! Great price! Valentin did such an amazing job on my room! He was responsive, incredibly kind, and punctual. The floors in my room look amazing and there was no mess after he finished. He was able to work with my requests and completed the floorinstallation quickly! I would definitely recommend!!!

I have to truly say Chicago floor was the best for my value. The price was fair. Punctuality, trustworthiness was great. Nowthe job itself . Omg , he installed the floors with precision. Every cut every strip. Looks great . I even had a ton of hiccups. Late material, damaged materials, hell.wrong materials. Chicago floors, came in guided me properly to what was good materials what was the correct molding g ect ... I highly recommend this floor company to everyone looking for a fair price, honest work .!!!!!

AMAZING!!! I cannot say enough good things about CHICAGO FLOORINGINSTALLATION CORP and Valentin. He was responsive, able to schedule very quickly, does AWESOME work and is so incredibly nice. He took disgusting floors (and subfloors), and made them beautiful. He truly cares about installingfloors the right way and wanting you to be happy with the outcome. I hired him after almost going with another company, and I’m so happy I did. I don’t think I would have been as happy with the other company. I would absolutely hire him again and recommend him. The before and after pictures speak for themselves!! Thank you SO much!!!

Prices can be based on types of rooms if there are appliances, furniture, the distance of the job the types of floors that need to be removed
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to give a quote if they send me pictures with the project schedule the appointment for installation and finish most jobs in one or 2 days depending on size of the job
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am licensed for checking lead, asbestos , I have worked for over 10 years in the union and was a Stewart
