I have been training with Jessica for about 6 years. I have done pilates, weight training, and yoga. She has worked with me in my home as well as at the gym. She is encouraging in a supportive way and often pushes me out of my comfort zone which is helpful. I find she is very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend Jessica for any training needs!
Easy and convenient to find. I went to the studio instead of having in-home training because it was close enough to me and the studio is really spacious. Alex choose a nice variety of yoga, pilates, and TRX. I was really surprised because I didn't feel like I was working that hard - but was sore for a couple days after our first session!
I took Pilates with Deep Line for a year while I was home from work to take care of my daughter. I loved the attention to detail for direct instruction and corrections to the poses. We had flexible hours and Katie was extremely professional and courteous to our needs with our post pregnancy bodies. She worked with our small group of moms and really got us all back in shape and feeling stronger than we were pre babies. I would love to take classes again with her because I really can still feel the changes made in my body after taking her Pilates classes. I highly recommend her as a strong and caring teacher and look forward to more Pilates group classes in the future! Lila H.
Angie's Pilates training has changed my life! From being tired, stiff and unmotivated to exercise, her Pilates classes have provided me a way to enjoy the gym again because the physical and social benefits are tremendous. I'm in my 50s and going to a gym to work out was the last priority in my busy schedule. Vidya is an EXCELLENT teacher of Yoga. Weekly classes are varied, interesting and fun with a focus on all parts of the body...even breathing. Vidya is aware of students' skill levels and adapts movements for each participant, enabling all to participate, no matter their ability &/or limitations. Aileen is amazing. I am hooked on Pilates because of her brilliance and what she has taught me over the last four years. I also think she is a healer in how she has shaped my Pilates experience with her expertise. She has helped me not only modify to accommodate for injuries but her incredible understanding of the complexity of the human body along with knowledge of pilates has helped me recover from injuries caused by other activities. Additionally, she has helped my understand how to incorporate strengthening, lengthening and recovery into my routines which has helped me prevent new problems while getting stronger (and taller!). She has a great intuition of what her students need. I have experienced Aileen's talent both in group classes and through privates instruction. Jillian is a thoughtful and challenging instructor. I started Pilates because of my back pain. After 3 lessons, my pain was gone and my body just kept getting more toned. I look better than before I had my daughter!! I'm a Pilates devotee for life and Jillian definitely knows her stuff!
