We are architects that design projects using everyday functional logic, and make sure that the design is aesthetically pleasing. Free initial consultation, then all clients are presented with a detailed proposal that includes a detailed scope of work, a fixed lump sum fee, a time frame for work completion and an associated payment schedule based on work completion milestones. Complete project services that include all structural calculations and permit expediting acting as the client's agent handling all communications with the village or city. Projects completed timely and all expectations are clearly stated.

Steve was my architect for my home, a total rebuild. He was great through and through. He had great ideas and vision. Great solutions to various space problems and ideas. For example, we had to redesign our bathroom because of setback issues, and we liked that result better than the original design! Don't hire someone without at least consulting with Optimal Performance Architecture!

We worked with Steve several years ago on a major home construction project. He did an excellent job of listening to our needs and giving us a design that exceeded expectations. We love how he was able to maximize our existing space and gave us a new kitchen layout that truly makes it my dream kitchen. All clients are presented with a proposal that outlines the scope of work, a fixed lump sum cased on that scope of work and a project completion timeline.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to see the project location and meet with the clients for a free consultation. During the meeting I give some quick ideas and if possible, research the zoning requirements for the location to further understand the possibilities.
