Steve was my architect for my home, a total rebuild. He was great through and through. He had great ideas and vision. Great solutions to various space problems and ideas. For example, we had to redesign our bathroom because of setback issues, and we liked that result better than the original design! Don't hire someone without at least consulting with Optimal Performance Architecture!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to see the project location and meet with the clients for a free consultation. During the meeting I give some quick ideas and if possible, research the zoning requirements for the location to further understand the possibilities.

Licensed in Illinois since 2004 and Wisconsin in 2023.
