Ivan did a terriffic job painting the entire exterior and trim of our 2200sq ft house. Initially it was in touch shape with mismatched colors and very dirty. He took the time to clean everything by hand, including gutters and soffit (not part of the agreement), priming both siding and trim, sealing seams, and applying two coats of paint. It took a little longer than expected given the condition of the house and intermittent rain, but he showed up every day and was very diligent. Our neighbors even commented on how hard he worked and his attention to detail. I'm extremely happy with the value and final product. He cleaned up every day and left the property very clean up on completion. I have already planned to hire him again to paint ceilings and crown moulding inside the house.
