FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My goal is to provide fair, honest, and transparent pricing from day one. You won't find any high-pressure sales tactics or confusing gimmicks here. The price you receive reflects a complete, "White Glove Service" experience, which includes a dedicated concierge, proactive updates, superior installation, and my 25 years of personal guidance. This is about providing lasting value and a stress-free process for your investment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is intentionally designed to be the complete opposite of the stressful, high-pressure experience many homeowners fear. It’s a calm, thoughtful, and collaborative journey where you are guided, not sold to. Here’s what you can expect: 1. The Design & Discovery Consultation It all begins with a conversation, not a sales pitch. As your "Exterior Expert," I sit down with you at your home to listen and understand your vision. We'll walk the property, assess the exterior from top to bottom, and identify your home's unique architectural style. My role here is to act as your personal guide, helping you explore possibilities and clarify your goals. 2. The Detailed Plan & Transparent Proposal Based on our consultation, I create a clear, cohesive plan for your home. You will receive a detailed, itemized proposal that explains exactly where your investment is going. This isn't a "blank check" or a confusing contract; it’s a transparent blueprint for achieving your vision with no surprise charges or hidden fees. 3. The "White Glove Service" Project Management Once you approve the plan, my "White Glove Service" begins. You are assigned a dedicated Concierge who serves as your single point of contact. You will never feel like you've "fallen off a cliff" after signing. We provide proactive updates and manage all the logistics, ensuring the process is calm and organized, not chaotic. 4. The White Glove Final Review & Project Closure As your project concludes, we initiate our formal Final Review. This is not a quick sign-off; it is a structured, collaborative walk-through led by your personal. You, your Crew Leader will inspect the work together. Your Concierge acts as your advocate, meticulously ensuring every detail meets our high standards and your complete satisfaction. This provides a clear, official end to the project, guaranteeing no "never-ending" jobs—just a flawless finish and your absolute peace of mind. 5. The 30-Day Follow-Up My commitment to you doesn't end when the final payment is made. Exactly 30 days after completion, your Concierge will personally call you to ensure everything is perfect and answer any new questions you may have. From our first conversation to long after the work is done, my entire process is built on one principle: to be your expert guide and ensure you feel confident and cared for every step of the way. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While my most valuable education comes from a quarter-century of hands-on experience in the field, I am a firm believer in continuous learning to stay at the forefront of the industry. My training is multi-faceted: 1. The 25-Year Field Apprenticeship My career began as a true apprenticeship, working side-by-side with master installers and my father-in-law, a veteran business owner. This wasn't classroom theory; it was real-world problem-solving on thousands of homes across the Northshore. This experience taught me not just the "what" of a product, but the "why" behind proper installation, water management, and long-term durability. 2. Ongoing Manufacturer & Installation Certifications To be an expert, you must have an intimate knowledge of your materials. Throughout my career, I have consistently earned and maintained product and installation certifications from the industry's leading manufacturers, including top-tier brands for fiber cement siding, windows, and doors. This ensures I am always up-to-date on the latest product innovations and, more importantly, the specific installation best practices that protect your warranty and your investment. 3. Process Design & Team Mentorship In my current leadership role, a significant part of my work involves designing and implementing better processes for our entire organization. Teaching others how to achieve excellence—forces me to constantly refine my own expertise. It's this deep understanding of what makes a project successful from start to finish that allows me to provide my clients with such a calm, organized, and predictable "White Glove" experience.
