- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have two options for pricing , everything is simple: ✅ Flat Rate , which is always discussed with a costumer ✅ Hourly Rate , which is $70/hour (minimum 2 hours). The minimum order payment is $140 for two hours or by agreement (depending on the type and complexity of the work) , also all costs for materials and time spent on purchasing materials are reimbursed by the customer. Also, some types of work are not subject to hourly payment and are discussed depending on the complexity and type of work. We always discuss the estimated cost of our service with customers before performing the job. 🚩Please, do not request unless you are ready to start your project. 🚩I get charge for every conversation on this platform so please be serious about your inquiries.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
✅ Please send some photos for estimating so I can better understand the scope of work. ✅ I will review all the provided information, videos , and photos that have been submitted. ✅ We agree on the project and price, and I will complete it as soon as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
✅ More than 15 years of experience! ✅ Roofer certificate for roll roofing and roofing made from piece materials ✅ Carpenter Certificate ✅ Forest feller certificate I have all the necessary tools and equipment.
