Dave did an amazing job working with my pre-existing medical conditions from cancer and chemotherapy. He helped me gain strength back, balance, and independence.
You can tell he is very experienced and truly cares about his clients. His gym is also very clean, and I felt safe from the social distancing he provided. I highly recommend! Thank you Dave.

I find it to be a workout geared to the individual. You can go work for bulk or strength or tone. Great atmosphere without all the gym rat ruckus.
