Larissa is the real deal! I am very grateful to have found her. She is truly AMAZING! She is responsive, professional, and went above and beyond to take care of my staging needs. Larissa is also incredibly knowledgeable about how to present a home on the current market. She went over details and really made me feel comfortable with her knowledge of today’s real estate market. The value of Larissa’s efforts were more than expected and my listing went under contract within a few days. Every buyer and agent that walked into the home complimented the beautiful and spectacular staging! Larissa was great to work with staging my home for resale. She was quick to get it done on short notice and was always responsive. Larissa Staging and Design made a small space and made it look big and feel like a home. We had multiple offers within the first couple of days. We waited a few days and accepted the best offer which was nearly $20,000 over asking price! I highly recommend and will never personally sell a house without their touch ever again.

I hired Larissa in 2021 to stage my home when I had to move out before it went on the market. She did an amazing job and worked both within my budget and on a very tight timetable. She was a true professional throughout, very warm and engaging to work with. While this was my personal home at the time, I have also flipped homes over the years and worked with several different stagers when selling properties. Larissa was by far the best and will have all my personal and professional staging contracts moving forward. She communicated regularly, treated the home with care and cleanliness, and honored all of her cost and time estimates. I especially appreciated how her pricing was transparent and flexible – she offered a variety of packages based on different budgets and homes, so I didn’t have to pay for more than I needed. She explained upfront how much additional charges would accrue if the home was on the market a long time, but thanks to her great work that wasn’t an issue - I got multiple offers within 1 week and sold the home for above the asking price. If you have need a stager in the St. Louis area, Larissa should be your first call.
