Roof leak; had a nail that became exposed. The guys came out to inspect and caulked the area to stop the leak while a formal estimate was prepared. Repair was done a week later. The repair looks good. Would have liked for the repair to have been completed a bit quicker but that might have been unrealistic. I would call again at this point and hopefully when it does rain again my feelings will be the same.

JB did an excellent job from the moment he first evaluated what needed to be done to the final cleanup. His job repairing the roof blended in beautifully with the parts of the roof that did not need repair. He was at once courteous, professional, and informative.

After meeting with Scott, he explained everything his company would be doing and before we settled on F-M Exteriors we met with Scott at least 4 times due to questions my wife and I had. After giving us an estimated start date, the crew that was led by Javier arrived on the day and at the time they said they would arrive. The men were very professional and if I had any questions they had no problems addressing any concerns.

We feel that meeting with our customers in person allows them to decide what is best for their home and their budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An email is sent confirming our appointment along with a photo of the representative who will be arriving at their home. We do this for our customer's protection and peace of mind.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a licensed roofing contractor in the state of Illinois. We are also certified by CertainTeed shingle manufacture giving our customers the best roof install they can receive.
