Ryan was a life savor who was able to come out as fast as one hour after contacting him to help my tenants with a dryer issue! He diagnosed and fixed the problem very quickly. My 25-year-old fridge that never gave me a problem stopped cooling. I reached out to Ryan Cunningham before 7 am. He called me back in what he thought was a respectable time of the morning. He set up an appointment that same day at 10am. He came as promised, diagnosed the problem, called a parts supplier and fortunately the part needed was available. Ryan went above and beyond to get me service that same day. The part would have been available in my area on the next day. Ryan took it upon himself to drive 45 minutes one way to pick up the part that day from another area that had the part. He picked up the part, installed it, performed a a couple of maintenance tasks to keep fridge running at peak performance, cleaned up after repair. Ryan is professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, considerate and all while being a pleasant person. Pricing was fair. I trusted Ryan no sooner than I met him, that's saying a lot in today's society with so many scammers and unreliable workmen. I would give Ryan 10 stars if could. He will always be my preference for a AAA appliance repair person. Thank you, Ryan fridge is working perfectly,
