- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in honest, upfront pricing with no surprises. We charge a $50 service fee which covers the initial visit, professional assessment, and diagnosis of the issue. For your convenience, the $50 - $65 service fee is waived with any completed service, so you’re only paying for the work needed to fix the problem. We also offer competitive pricing and will always explain your options before starting any work, so you can make the best decision for your home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We keep the process simple and stress-free: 1. You contact us with your issue 2. We schedule a convenient time (often same-day or next-day) 3. We arrive, assess the problem, and explain what’s going on 4. You receive a clear, upfront quote 5. Once approved, we complete the work efficiently 6. We test everything to make sure your drains are flowing properly Our goal is to fix the issue quickly and make sure it’s done right the first time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 16 years of hands-on experience in drain and sewer cleaning, rodding, and clog removal, using professional-grade equipment to safely and effectively clear blockages. We are continuously learning and improving our skills, and we focus specifically on drain and sewer systems, which allows us to diagnose and solve problems efficiently.
