Gave notice when he was running behind. Arrived within 5 minutes of scheduled time. Interacted with tenants well. Truly candid that he can't pull permits and for that I proceeded to work with him. I'd trust him to return and complete issues that arise without me being present. He's able to send invoices via email and collect ePayments.
