Extreme Cleaning not only transformed my severely dirty apartment, they probably saved me from eviction. And all while I was out of town. With a safety inspection in two days. After other cleaners fled. In under six hours when my landlord estimated days. And alerted me to attempted theft and property damage by the cat-sitter/cleaner I originally hired. With honesty, immediate service, and an "extremely" thorough job!

Selena and her team's individualized approach was a life-saver. After months of illness, I thought I lucked out when a "friend" offered to deep clean and stay with my needy cats while I took my first vacation in years. Just as I began enjoying Lake Ontario, my landlord sent a text about a surprise inspection the day after I returned. Then, my "friend" took the opportunity to over-quadruple her price, then walked off a job she'd never started. I hired a new cleaner, but they abruptly fled due to the sitter neglecting the cat boxes. With days to spare and a furious landlord, I stumbled on Extreme. Selena was available within seconds, listening intently to my nightmare situation. We scheduled for the next morning, negotiating a fair invoice. I glued myself to Thumbtack, expecting a disaster. Instead, Extreme handled everything, allowing me to relax (aside from wisely alerted me to foul play left by the sitter) and leaving my landlord thrilled.

Back in town, I can't stop looking at my new apt! It actually feels like I just moved in - a feat considering, a few days ago, virtually no cleaner would touch the place. Five stars - and two paws! - for a tremendous company!

Sonia and her team are extraordinary. I have an old apartment, pets, lots of cooking—you name it. My place has never looked this good, and I have engaged cleaners for 40 years. It’s not just surface cleaning: closets, refrigerator, cabinets, woodwork, windows, ceiling fans, furniture, bathrooms and underneath, behind, above everything. No harsh cleaners and great deep vacuuming, floor cleaning. HIRE EXTREME CLEANING!!

Sonia was very responsive prior to the cleaning. Minutes after I sent a question through Thumbtack it would be answered. On the day of cleaning she was professional, timely, friendly and did an AMAZING job. The move-out clean was very thorough and saved us time and stress after moving.
