The mulch was sloppy, they didn’t trench it, and didn’t blow the debris before pouring mulch. They just opened bags and dumped. After I paid my balance (that I was holding until they fixed it) then they stopped answering my calls.

He didn't come one day that we had scheduled but did communicate at the end of the day that he was sorry they had not made it out that day. Once he came he did a very professional job of spreading the mulch.
