Introduction: Hello, I am an experienced individual counselor with a special interest in treating mood and anxiety disorders, life transitions and relationship challenges. My other areas of clinical interest include trauma, self-esteem, family conflict, prenatal mental health issues and adjustment disorders. My personal style is to be straightforward, active and involved when counseling. I am open, while keeping a sense of humor about life and the difficulties we all encounter. My ideal client wants to be in therapy to work in an interactive style to deepen self-understanding, resolve conflicts, heal traumas and turn around dysfunctional patterns.
