Excellent communication and fast accommodating response. Great education letting us know what the issue is and what needs to be done. Definitely 5 stars. I deducted one star because the tech left and in the debrief with the company they suggested a cleaning. If they were still onsite I would have had the work done. Now they want another visit to do the work with is both inconvenient and I have to pay more versus the tech doing the work on the one service call. Regardless, I would hire again but be much more clear I want to know the options before they leave.

Very pleased with the work provided by Smart Chimney. Along with chimney sweep, the refractory panels in our fireplace needed to be replaced and a new gas pipe installed. Our technician arrived on time, and started right away with placing tarps and plastic to protect our carpet and furniture. The job took almost 4 hours, but our fire place looks brand new. We will definitely use them again.
