- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My costs are competitive. I have low overhead and therefore can keep my prices within reason. I'm not the cheapest but then again I caution people to avoid low-cost home inspections.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'll discuss on the phone the inspection process. I'll let them know what I look for. I try to reassure them and let them know they are welcome to ask questions and follow me as I inspect. I point out ways they can make the house more livable as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
