I contracted Static HVAC Inc to replace my heating system. I am pleased with the excellent customer service I received from Mohammed. He is very knowledgeable about the product and he had the technical expertise about all aspects of accomplishing the job. Mohammed explained everything to me in a way I could understand. Overall, I appreciate the pleasant experience I received for what is usually (in my opinion) an intimidating and expensive event. The whole installation was completed quickly and everything looks great. I also received future maintenance and service guidance.

We had Muhammad install a brand new Lennox AC. He was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. When he came to give the estimate he was very straight forward and never tried to upsell me. He communicated back every time I sent a text or email. And he installed the AC unit and condenser in the pouring rain in a timely manner. I am absolutely impressed with this HVAC company and I will use them again in the future. I highly recommend them. Thanks guys.
