Greg came out to fix a hose that needed to be replaced in our kitchen sink's faucet. We were told by the manufacturer that what was causing the leak was the hose. Greg replaced the hose in a matter of just a few minutes, however after doing so the faucet was still leaking. He told us the hose was not the problem and that the actual "faucet head" was what needed to be replaced. Up until this point, I was very pleased with the service provided by Greg. I was planning on hiring Greg for several other small projects throughout our house. Greg told me he would be providing me with a quote to complete those various projects later that day. Fast forward several days and I had still not heard back from Greg regarding the quote he promised. Timing was of the essence on these projects and when someone promises something by a certain time period I expect it be done by then. I proceeded to reach out to Greg to inquire when he would have the quote prepared and he responded with "You will have it shortly." It was almost as if I was bothering him or something. It was at that time that our Nanny noticed that our faucet had been installed backwards. I honestly never noticed it until she pointed it out. I proceeded to send Greg a very polite text message asking him when he would be back in our area as it appeared that he "accidentally" had installed our faucet backwards. He responded very defensively and actually had the nerve to tell me it was that way when he got here!!! Oh really? Um, no....it's a brand new house and no it was not. He then proceeded to tell me he would be sending my $50 payment back to me as I was clearly not happy with his services. Would you be happy with someone's work that was so sloppy they can't even admit they made a mistake? Needless to say a couple weeks have now gone by and I have yet to receive my "check" back. In summary, Greg's work is sloppy, his follow-up/follow through on what he says he's going to do is very poor and he's extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend hiring Greg for your "handy man" needs. Thanks....

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most bigger projects usually require a quote as there's not way to know the scope of the whole project without seeing the jobsite and talking with the prospective client. The exception is handyman services that are priced at 45.00 per hour and include projects involving electric.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting the most information that is possible before starting or quoting a new job, I don't want to be surprised and I'm certain clients don't want to be either.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently proficient most aspects of home repair and remodeling including electric, plumbing, trim, painting etc. also I have worked as a commercial contractor and have handled many jobs for mall based locations.
